It’s the beginning of a new year, and our Signature, Inc. goals are at the front of our minds. We are setting our sights on personal, professional, and organizational growth, along with some other big plans like travel.
We follow some specific Signature, Inc. strategies when it comes to setting objectives that increase the odds of our success dramatically. For example, we always clarify our ambitions using the SMART method. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely. Using this technique, we turn Make more money in 2019 into Earn five percent more in each quarter of 2019 than I did in 2018 so I can afford the down payment on a new house.
To ensure we hit these targets we make a point to always be on top of our game. We currently have a new hire training program in place which we will be using frequently, as our company’s expansion will also require us to interview and hire a number of new professionals. Also, we’ve revamped the learning opportunities for our seasoned associates. We’ve adopted the attitude that it’s always a good time to learn something new, and we can’t wait to see all we will accomplish as a team this year.
